To enroll services, you must first have received your login credentials from UCAssist. Once you login, you may start entering services. You may enter as many services as your organization provides. Organization ID and Name are read only fields. Enter name of service, a short description, and any criteria needed to qualify for service. For Counties Available, select all counties that the service is offered in. On selecting keywords that will be used for customer searches, please select the category that best fits your service.
Services need at least one contact (telephone, email, or address). Enter hours of operation if needed. Clicking submit will refresh the screen for entry of another service.
UCAssist will review service entry and then make them active in the customer search portal.
